A short, honest page, because there is very little to tell you. This site does not watch you.

What this website collects
Nothing. These are static pages. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded maps or videos, no chat widget, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. Nothing on the page is loaded from another company's server, which means nobody else is watching you read it either.
One thing is stored on your own device. If you switch the prices between pounds, euros and lira, that choice is remembered so the pages stay in the currency you chose. It sits in your browser's local storage, it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The server hosting these pages keeps the ordinary access log that every web server keeps: the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent and your IP address. It exists to keep the site running and to spot abuse. It is not used for marketing, it is not combined with anything else, and it is not shared.
What happens when you contact us
Enquiries reach us by telephone and by WhatsApp, and they are handled by the agency itself. If you go on to book, we hold what a booking needs and nothing more: your name, a contact number, your hotel or pickup point, how many of you there are and the ages of any children, the date, and — for a Greek island trip only — your passport details, which the ferry operator is required to collect. We pass on only what the boat, the ferry or the driver actually needs in order to carry you.
WhatsApp is run by Meta, not by us. Your messages travel through their service under their terms and their privacy policy, and that is worth knowing before you send a photograph of your passport to anybody, ourselves included. If you would rather not, telephone the office and read the details out instead.
We keep booking records because Turkish accounting and travel agency rules require us to. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, and there is no marketing list to add you to.
Your data, and asking us about it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Ask on the phone or on WhatsApp using the numbers below and you will reach the office directly.
As a Turkish company we are subject to KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. If you are contacting us from the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you broadly the same rights, and we will honour them the same way rather than argue about which one applies.
If this page ever stops being true — if we add a booking form, a payment page or an analytics tool — we will rewrite it before the change goes live, not afterwards.
Getting hold of us
The office in Turgutreis answers the phone, in English, Russian, Turkish and German. WhatsApp reaches the same people and is usually quicker. We are a small agency, so you will be talking to someone who knows your booking.
This page is written in plain English rather than legal language, and it is a good-faith description of how we actually work. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in — where the two differ, your rights come first.
